ENGINEERING AND ASSEMBLY

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
This is the final countdown. After testing the machine at our workshop to ensure that the equipment conforms to specifications, our team of engineers commission the equipment at the client's factory.

These engineers co-ordinate the filling line conditions with the plant production manager. Together, they check and optimize each individual parameter necessary for production guaranteeing harmonic interaction within the entire line.

AFTER SALES SERVICES
After-sales support is key to successful operation of any equipment. GTE Ltd provides this service in the following ways;

Spare Parts: GTE Ltd provides spare parts for all equipments supplied. Delivery times are as short as possible.

Breakdown Support - Nationally
GTE Ltd has a dedicated after-sales team that provides 24/7 breakdown support for all equipments. Our dedicated personnel ensure that the equipments are serviced without delay.

Breakdown Support - Internationally
Dedicated personnel are on standby 24/7 for telephonic support. Physical call-outs will only be delayed if Letters of Invitation and Visa Applications need to be obtained. In most instances, at least one of our technicians is always certified to travel internationally.

Rebuilds and Conversions:  
GTE Ltd provides a professional rebuild, upgrade and conversion service.

Service Level Agreements - SLA's Regular audits on equipments and periodic services are provided based on a service level agreement. These agreements are tailored to suit every client’s requirements.
