- Containers are fed in bulk onto a rotating disc by an even feed elevator.
- Feed is electronically controlled according to demand to ensure optimum volume of containers on the disc for gentle handling and excellent efficiency.
- Containers move from the rotating disc into a set of drive belts that convey the bottle through the machine. During this transfer, the bottle is lying flat and can be orientated neck first or base first.
- A hook turns bottle orientated neck first, to ensure that they exit the machine base first. At the discharge, another set of drive belts turns the bottle upright, ready for transfer to the discharge conveyor.
- Speed varies depending on the bottle size.
Cap Unscramblers
Cap unscramblers include horizontal, centrifugal, incline and vertical types as well as waterfall unscramblers.
- These are designed to work with a wide variety of caps.
- The sorting action is gentle to protect the cap and ensure integrity.
Silent Wave Option
The unscrambler is completely enclosed by several access doors that primarily decrease noise levels to less than 80 decibels. These doors also facilitate visibility and accessibility of the machine.
