1) INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
At no extra cost includes the following:
– Erection, Installation and commissioning of all the machinery
– Trial of machinery to check the vibrations and other mechanical faults
– Commercial run of machines with necessary ingredients / raw materials
Note: For installations out of Nairobi, Air/bus tickets, visa, boarding lodging, local or international conveyance and other miscellaneous expenses towards the visit of our service personnel to commission the machine shall be arranged and borne by the buyer. We estimate 1 (one) service engineer commissioning time to be 5 working days – not including travel time.
Before calling our service personnel for commissioning, buyer will complete all works related to erection (civil, electrical, control cabling, earthing etc.), so that commissioning is completed in one visit and within reasonable time. It is advisable that the machine be placed at the correct production location and that water; air and electricity supplies are available at the machine.
(2) PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY PRODUCT WARRANTY
1 year after the date of satisfactory trial that includes all moving mechanical parts, motors, gear boxes, bearings and electrical components like Servo, Servo Drive, HMI, PLC, etc will hold the warranty to the respective supplier plus after sales services
During warranty period, defective parts will be replaced at free of cost

All machines can be equipped with a Teleservice device. This means one of our programmers can access the machine software remotely and correct any errors.
